摘要
目的探讨手术室护士职业倦怠现况及影响因素。方法选取2017年12月我院68名手术室护士作为研究对象,采用职业倦怠量表对其职业倦怠情况进行评估,比较不同性别、年龄、护龄、职称及文化程度护士职业倦怠情况,对其影响因素进行分析。结果不同性别的手术室护士的职业倦怠情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。不同年龄段、护龄、职称及文化程度的职业倦怠情况比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论手术室护士职业倦怠现况显示,出现重度倦怠情况的护理人员较多,主要影响因素为年龄、护龄、职称及文化程度。
Objective To explore the current status and influencing factors of job burnout in nurses in operating room. Methods To select 68 nurses from operating room of our hospital in December 2017 as the research subjects, and the burnout was evaluated by the burnout scale. The burnout of nurses with different genders, ages, working periods, titles and education levels were compared and the relevant influencing factors were analyzed. Results After the comparison of burnout conditions of nurses with different genders from operating room, there was no statistical significance in the difference（ P ＞0.05）. There was statistical significance in the differences of burnout among nurses with different ages, working periods, titles and education levels（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The current situation of job burnout in nurses in the operating room shows that there are more nursing staff with severe burnout. The main influencing factors are age, working period, professional title and education level.
