加强党的政治建设是贯彻落实十九大精神的一个重大理论和实践课题,已经成为理论界研究的热点。强化党的政治建设的规范性是加强党的政治建设的发展方向。明确党的政治建设目的是科学界定党的政治建设内涵和构成要素的首要问题,坚持紧密围绕党的政治路线加强党的政治建设的基本原理。聚焦党的政治建设的政治内涵指向是加强党的政治建设的核心问题,聚焦党的政治建设的首要任务是保证全党服从中央,坚持党中央集中统一领导。明晰党的政治建设是党的根本性建设的立论依据,进行制度设计和制度创制是党的政治建设的技术问题,防止或避免把"讲政治"变成"说政治"。
