A New Gateway to Target Language Improvement for College Translation Majors: A Case Study

摘要 Tandem-based learning is a way of collaborative learning with which two different language users communicate in theirtarget language. It implies that the both learners play a role as a teacher and learner. Through sufficient cooperative duration andexposure to their target language learning, their interest and motivation of translation majors were noticeably inspired. This programis sure to be very effective for foreign language learning, if the two principles are followed: principle of reciprocity and self-initia-tive.
