摘要
江苏省昆山第二中等专业学校把学生的技能水平作为展示中职学校教学质量、教学水平的重要考核指标,把ERP沙盘模拟训练作为学校的一个重点项目,围绕该项目进行相关课题的开展、职业教育课程建设、教师团队培养、学生职业技能训练提高,以赛促练、以赛促学、以赛促教,逐渐摸索出一条自己的训练和教学方式,取得了一系列的优异成绩。学校技能培训的经验和做法具有一定的借鉴意义。
Jiangsu Kunshan No.2 Secondary Vocational School regards the students＇ skill level asan important assessment index to show the teaching quality and teaching level, and takes ERP sandtable simulation training as a key project of the school. The students＇ professional skills training hasbeen improved, and a series of excellent results have been achieved by gradually exploring their owntraining and teaching methods. Their skills training experience and practice can be used for reference.
