支柱对球罐外压稳定性影响的研究

摘要 采用有限元方法,对受外压的球罐进行了4种工况下的特征值屈曲分析,研究了支柱对球罐球壳临界失稳外压的影响。研究结果表明,球壳在赤道带附近沿周向发生均布失稳,支柱的存在对球壳起到了加强作用,增大了球壳的临界失稳外压,重力对球壳的临界失稳外压影响不大。根据小挠度弹性理论公式计算得到的球壳临界失稳外压比较保守,能够满足球罐的刚度要求。 The influence of landing legs on critical instability external pressure of spherical tank under 4 working conditions are discussed based on eigenvalue buckling analysis with finite element method. The study shows that there occurs uniformly distributed instability near equatorial belt along circumference,the critical instability pressure is increased by the presence of the legs,and gravity has little influence on the critical instability pressure. According to the small deflection elasticity theory,a conservative critical instability pressure is calculated,which can meet rigidity requirement of the spherical tank.
