摘要
目的就介入治疗法在支气管扩张症致咯血中的治疗及临床疗效进行分析。方法选取2015年9月—2017年4月该院治疗的支气管扩张症致咯血患者30例,按照入院时间先后顺序将患者平均分为对照组及观察组,每组各有15例患者,对照组患者采用常规药物治疗方法,观察组患者在此基础上实施介入治疗,对两组的咯血停止、住院时间、并发症、治疗满意度情况进行统计。结果观察组患者咯血停止时间以及住院时间与对照组相比更短(t=9.015 63,4.827 75;P<0.05);治疗有效率(100.00%)显著高于对照组(86.67%),组间相比较观察组的治疗效果更佳,数据差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.250 10;P<0.05);后期随访并发症发生率(13.33%)明显低于对照组(33.33%),治疗满意度(93.33%)明显高于对照组(73.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.500 26;P<0.05)。结论采用介入方法对支气管扩张致咯血患者进行治疗,临床疗效显著,安全性和治疗效果有所保障,且并发症发生率较低,具有临床推广价值。
Objective To analyze the treatment and clinical efficacy of interventional therapy in hemoptysis caused bybronchiectasis. Methods Thirty patients with hemoptysis caused by bronchiectasis treated in the hospital from Septem-ber 2015 to April 2017 were enrolled. The patients were divided into control group and observation group according tothe order of admission. There were 15 patients in each group. The patients were treated with conventional drug therapy.The patients in the observation group were treated with interventional therapy. The hemoptysis, hospitalization time,complications, and treatment satisfaction of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The hemoptysis stop timeand hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group （t=9.015 63, 4.827 75; P〈0.05）. The treatment efficiency （100.00%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （86.67%）. The thera-peutic effect of the observation group was better, and the data were different （χ2=4.250 10; P<0.05）. The incidence ofcomplications in the follow-up was 13.33%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group （33.33%）. Thetreatment satisfaction （93.33%） was obvious, higher than the control group （73.33%）, the difference was significant （χ2=4.500 26; P<0.05）. Conclusion The interventional method is used to treat patients with hemoptysis caused by bron-chodilation. The clinical curative effect is significant, the safety and therapeutic effect are guaranteed, and the compli-cation rate is low, which has clinical promotion value.
