摘要
抗生素抗性基因对人类健康和生态环境存在巨大隐患,城市污水处理厂肩负着控制抗生素抗性基因的重任。本文介绍了国内外城市污水处理厂对控制抗生素抗性基因的研究概况,重点综述并比较污水处理厂中不同消毒技术和深度处理技术对抗生素抗性基因控制的现状和发展,在此基础上提出结论和展望,以期为城市污水处理厂抗生素抗性基因的有效控制提供技术支撑。
Antibiotic resistance gene has great potential risks to human health and ecological environment. Urban wastewater treatment plants shoulder the responsibility of controlling the antibiotic resistance gene. The research overview of urban wastewater treatment plant at home and abroad on control of antibiotic resistance genes is introduced in the paper. The status and development of different disinfection technologies and in-depth treatment technologies to antibiotic resistance genes control in wastewater treatment plants are mainly summarized and compared. Conclusions and expectations are proposed on the basis, thereby providing technical support for effectively controlling antibiotic resistance genes in urban wastewater treatment plants.
