摘要 某铅锌矿山拟新建2 500 t/d选矿厂,选矿厂处理矿石为高银复杂铅锌金属矿,矿石中矿物组成复杂,嵌布粒度较细,属复杂难选矿石。为了充分利用该矿山资源,本着流程结构简单,现场易操作实施的原则,试验研究进行了多流程方案的探索试验,且考虑到矿石性质随开采深度变化也会随之变化,经各方案的试验指标对比,最终确定产出铅精矿和铅锌混合精矿两种产品的原则流程方案。生产实践表明:设计采用推荐工艺流程建厂并取得了较好的技术指标。 A lead-zinc mine is planned to build a new 2 500 t/d ore dressing plant treating high silver complex lead and zinc metal ore. The mineral belongs to a difficult choosing ore with complex composition and finer grain size. In order to make full use of the mine resources, in the light of the principle of simple process structure and easy operation, the experimental research carried out the exploration experiment of multi-process. Considering that the ore properties will change with the mining depth, after comparison of each test indicators, the principle process of producing two products of lead concentrate and lead-zinc mixed concentrate was determined. The production practice shows that better technical index is obtained by adopting the recommended technological process.
