张裂缝和剪裂缝应力敏感差异对致密砂岩储层产能影响 被引量:11

Influence of Stress Sensitivity Difference between Tensile and Searing Cracks on Tight Gas Reservoir Productivity

摘要 为明确张裂缝和剪裂缝应力敏感差异对致密砂岩储层产能的影响,以红河油田延长组长8段致密砂岩储层为例,模拟不同应力条件的张裂缝和剪裂缝,借助三维激光扫描对其粗糙度进行了统计分析,并通过实验对比了2种裂缝的应力敏感差异,最后使用数值模拟方法研究了存在张裂缝或剪裂缝时油井的生产差异。研究表明:制备的裂缝能近似模拟自然状态下中等缝的真实情况,与剪裂缝相比,张裂缝平均粗糙度小,渗透率损害率大、恢复程度低、应力敏感性强;裂缝的存在大大增加了油井的产能,且当地层中裂缝为剪裂缝时的油井产能大于张裂缝。该研究有助于预测和评价致密砂岩储层中不同应力环境成缝区域的应力敏感性,对产量的计算和生产方案的制订具有指导意义。 The Chang8 Member of the Yanchang Formation in Honghe Oilfield is taken to clarify the influence of the stress sensitivity difference between tensile and shearing cracks on the tight gas reservoir productivity. The tensile and shearing cracks under different stress conditions are simulated and the corresponding roughness of the cracks are statistically analyzed by means of 3D laser scanning. The stress sensitivity difference between the tensile and shear- ing cracks are identified by laboratory experiment. Finally, numerical simulation is used to gain the production difference of oil production wells with tensile and shearing cracks. Result indicates thai the prepared crack could ap- proximately simulate the actual situation of the medium crack in the natural stage. Comparing with the shearing crack, tensile crack is characterized by small average roughness, high permeability damage rate, low recover degree and strong sensitivity. Crack can significantly enhance oil well productivity and the shearing crack is more favorable to well productivity than that of tensile crack. This research can be used to predict and evaluate the stress sensitivity of tight gas reservoir under different stress conditions, which could provide certain guidance for the productivity cal- culation and production program.
