摘要
设计了一套能够实时采集采煤机制动器性能参数的试验台,其中制动器试验台的信号采集系统主要用来采集制动器摩擦片的磨损量和温度,以及制动扭矩。系统主控芯片采用ARM架构的s5pv210芯片,下位机采用裁剪后的Linux内核和用户应用程序构成简单的嵌入式系统进行数据采集分析,上位机借助QT5.0软件制作用户操作界面,同时对采集到的信号进行实时曲线绘制。
Design a set of test rig which can collect the performance parameters of shearer brakes in real time. The signal acquisition system of the brake test rig is mainly used to collect the wear amount and temperature of brake linings, moving torque. The system control chip uses ARM architecture sSpv210 chip, the next crew using the tailored Linux kernel and user applications to form a simple embedded system for data acquisition and analysis, PC with QT5.0 software user interface while collecting the real-time curve of the signal drawn.
