摘要 转换性学习正逐渐发展成为一个研究领域,且其在多种教育环境中的应用日益广泛。为解答转换性学习的相关问题,加深社会对该理论的理解,《成人教育实践中的转换性学习——来自社区、工作现场和高等教育的顿悟》一书应运而生。通读全书发现,其鲜明特点和创新之处主要表现在研究选题另辟蹊径、研究方法规范科学、研究视角多元合作、研究案例真实典型、反思实践洞中肯綮等五方面。因此,以转换性学习理论为背景和经验,将其应用于成人教育领域,不仅为成人教育实践提供新的发展路径,而且加快了我国转换性学习理论的研究进展。 As the theory of transfer learning was gradually developing into a research field and a variety of educational environments, in order to answer the relevant questions of conversion learning, the book Transformation Learning in Adult Education Practices: Epiphany from Community, Workplace, and Higher Education came into being. The book is divided into five parts. The first part focuses on the theory of transfer learning and the practice of promoting transfer learning. The second, third and fourth parts introduce the transformational learning in higher education, job site, community and social change education. The fifth part reflects and summarizes the previous chapters. Throughout the book, it is found that its distinctive features and innovations are mainly manifested in five aspects: topic selection, research methods, research perspectives, research cases, and reflection practice. Taking the conversion learning theory as the background experience, applying it to adult education practice not only provides a new perspective for adult education practice path, but also accelerates the research progress of China's conversion learning theory.
