摘要
青少年营地教育已成为我国当前投资、研究和探讨的新热点。营地教育呈现出趣味性、开放性、情境性等八大特点,对青少年有着磨砺意志、培育团队精神和创新思维等作用,可以和学校教育相互补充。我国青少年营地教育的发展历程,可以分为萌芽和准备、成长、快速发展等三个阶段。发展我国青少年营地教育,应该着眼于以下策略:学习新思想,营地教育更具魅力;面对新形势,拥有营地最为关键;运用新理念,规划设计建设营地;开发新课程,打造一流师资团队;拓展新视野,加强国际交流合作。
Youth camp education has become a new hot spot of investment,research and discussion in China.Camp education has 8 features such as interestingness,openness,and situationality. It can sharpen the will of young people, cultivate team spirit and innovative thinking, and can complement school education. The development of youth camp education in China can be divided into three stages： germination and preparation stage,growth stage and rapid development stage. To develop China’s youth camp education,we should focus on the following strategies： learning new ideas and making camp education more attractive; facing the new situation and developing own camps; using new ideas to plan and design camps; developing new courses to create first-class teachers; expanding new horizons and strengthening international exchanges and cooperation.
