车用电控高压共轨柴油机掺烧聚甲氧基二甲醚排放特性研究 被引量:1

Research on Combustion Characteristics of an Automotive High-Pressure Common Rail Diesel Engine Fuelled with Hybrid Dimethoxymethane Diesel

摘要 在一台国Ⅳ排放标准的电控高压共轨柴油机上,研究了燃用4种比例的聚甲氧基二甲醚(PODE2-4)/柴油混合燃料以及喷油定时推迟对柴油机排放性能的影响。结果表明,添加PODE2-4后,柴油机的排气温度升高,增幅可达32%;碳烟、HC和CO排放显著降低,碳烟排放降幅可达82%,HC排放降幅可达48%,CO排放降幅可达80%;NOx排放有所增加,增幅可达15%。喷油定时推迟,燃用PODE2-4含量为20%的混合燃料,NOx排放显著降低,碳烟排放增加,而HC和CO排放,中小负荷时增加,大负荷时降低。 The emission characteristics of an electrically controlled high pressure common rail diesel engine fueled with four proportions of polyoxymethylene dimethyl ethers(PODE2-4), which are 0%, 10%,15% and 20% were studied, as well as the influence of injection timing delay on the diesel engine emissions. Through the engine bench test, the smoke emissions decreased dramatically by 82% and HC reduced by 48% and CO reduced by 80% with the increase of PODE2-4 fraction. The emission of NOX increased by 15%. If the injection timing delayed, the emission of NOxdecreased significantly but the smoke emissions increased while the emission of HC and CO increased at low load and decreased at large load when fueled with PODE2-4 of 20%.
