摘要
分析了安钢高线机组1~#飞剪在高温环境下轴承失效的原因,提出了改装喷油装置,解决润滑不足和降低轴承温度的方案,解决了实际问题。
The reasons for bearings failure of 1^# shear in high temperature environment of Angang highspeed wire rod mill is analysed. An improved scheme of installing bearing-spary assembly was put forward. The problem of insufficient lubrication is solved by down the bearing temperature.
