摘要
卟啉作为有机光敏基元中的一种,在光敏剂家族中扮演着很重要的角色,在生物界中广泛存在,具有生物可相容性。通过对四种卟啉类光敏剂的合成与单线态氧产生能力的比较,得出推电子基团、配位金属以及谱带红移的卟啉结构有利于单线态氧的产生,为下一阶段研究其医学应用奠定基础。
Porphyrins, as one of organic photosensitive moieties, play a very important role in the family of photosensitizers. They are widely found in the biological community and are biocompatible. In this paper, four porphyrin photosensitizers were synthesized and their singlet oxygen generation abilities were compared. The results showed that the porphyrin structures with electron-donating group, coordination metal and spectral band redshift were beneficial to the generation of singlet oxygen. This work lays the foundation for the next research on its medical application.
