摘要
高职教育是以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向,重点培养学生的职业素质和职业能力。以渤海船舶职业学院电子商务专业学生为例,通过调研,在明确高职学生应具备的职业核心能力的基础上,分析学生现状,提出改革人才培养模式、引入新的教学手段与方法、转变教师教学观念等多种途径,以期培养出专业能力与职业核心能力兼备的优秀人才。
Higher vocational education which is service-guided and employment-oriented focuses on cultivating students' professional quality and professional ability. Taking e-commerce students of Bohai Ship Building Vocational College as an example, the paper analyzes students' current situation and puts forward many ways to cultivate excellent talents with professional abilities and professional core abilities, such as reforming talents training mode, introducing new teaching means and methods, and transforming teachers' teaching concept based on investigation and professional core abilities of higher vocational students.
