摘要
森林生态系统服务功能价值计量,特别是将其价值额度量化从而获得其货币价值量的研究,有利于提高研究社会群体对森林重要性的认识程度和保护森林资源的意识。文章系统梳理了森林生态系统服务功能价值界定、价值论和方法学以及服务功能总价值计量评价,提出采用森林生态系统长期连续定位观测数据、森林资源清查数据及社会公共数据来计量森林生态系统服务功能,并通过实物量和价值量方法进行评估,以期为生态文明建设研究、生态补偿机制的完善、绿色GDP核算提供理论指导和决策支持。
The evaluation of forest ecosystem service function, especially the quantification of its monetary value,can improve the understanding of the significance of forest as well as the awareness of forest protection. This paper systematically reviewed the definition of forest ecosystem service function value, axiology and methodology, as well as the measurement and evaluation of the total value of forest ecosystem service function, and proposed to use longterm continuous positioning observation data of forest ecosystem, forest resources inventory data and social public data to measure forest ecosystem service function, and through physical objects quantity and value methods to evaluate in the hope of providing theoretical guidance and support for the research of ecological civilization construction, the perfection of ecological compensation mechanism and green GDP accounting.
