摘要 运用CFD软件Fluent对杏花煤矿二水平东一30#左一工作面的瓦斯浓度分布进行数值模拟计算,得出采空区瓦斯富集区范围;结合工作面赋存条件因地制宜提出了瓦斯治理方案,最终形成了由高位钻孔瓦斯抽采、采空区埋设尾抽管、本煤层瓦斯预抽相结合的卸压瓦斯立体式抽采系统;瓦斯治理效果显著,对鸡西矿区同类型矿井有极大的参考价值和借鉴作用,具有广阔的推广前景和巨大的经济效益、社会效益。 CFD software Fluent is used to simulate the gas concentration distribution in the second level Dongyi 30# Zuoyi working face of Xinghua Coal Mine, and the range of gas enrichment area in goal is obtained ; Combined with the mining conditions of the working face, a gas control plan is put forward. Finally, a three - dimensional gas drainage system with pressure relief combined with high position boring gas extraction, goaf bur- led tail pipe and coal seam gas pre - extraction was formed ; It has proved the remarkable effect of gas control. It has great reference value and reference function for the same type of mine in Jixi Jixi Coal Mining Area. It has broad popularization prospects and huge economic and social benefits.
