摘要
对γ-聚谷氨酸(γ-PGA)固态发酵提取液的脱色工艺进行研究,正交试验优化了γ-PGA发酵提取液的脱色工艺条件,并考察了不同吸附剂联合使用对脱色效果和产物回收率的影响。结果表明:发酵提取液的脱色优化工艺条件为温度50℃、脱色时间2h、pH 5、活性炭添加量30g/L时,脱色效果较好,脱色率为83.37%;将15 g/L活性炭分别与15 g/L活性白土、凹凸棒黏土按先后次序对γ-PGA发酵提取液进行脱色处理能达到良好的脱色效果和较高的产物回收率;其中活性炭与凹凸棒黏土联用的脱色率和产物回收率分别达到92.53%、88.20%。该方法既利用了不同吸附剂之间的互补性,又避免了吸附剂的过高浓度对目标产物的无选择吸附,为γ-PGA发酵提取液的脱色工艺提供了新的思路。
Studying the decolorization of γ-PGA solid state fermentation extract and its conditions by orthogonal test; also investigating the effects of different adsorbents on the decolorization of fermentation extracts and the recovery rate of γ-PGA. The results showed when temperature 50 ℃ , decolorization time 2 h, pH 5, activated carbon addition amount 30g/L, the decolorization efficiency was better, which could reach 83.37%;and it could achieve good decolorization effect and high recovery rate of γ-PGA using by 15g/L activated carbon and 15g/L activated clay and attapulgite in order; the activated carbon and attapulgite clay had the best effect , which the decolorization and γ-PGA recovery rate was 92.53% and 88.20% respectively. This method not only utilizes the complementarity of different adsorbents, but also avoids the non-selective adsorption of the target products by excessive concentration of adsorbents, which provides a new idea for the decolorization process of γ-PGA fermentation extract.
