摘要
系统综述了微量元素铁、锌、锰、铜的生理特点与老年人疾病之间的关系,通过强调微量元素对老年人健康的重要作用,帮助人们正确理解微量元素的生理功能,以期为老年人制定相应的营养干预措施及引导其自觉实现多样化饮食提供新思路。
This paper systematically reviews the relationship between the physiological characteristics of trace elements iron, zinc, manganese and copper and the diseases of the elderly. By emphasizing the important role of trace elements in the health of the elderly, it helps people to correctly understand the physiological functions of trace elements, in order to provide corresponding nutrition interventions for the elderly and guide them to realize new ideas for diversified diets.
