摘要
针对雨涝现象在我国各主要城市屡见不鲜的问题,探讨通过整合城市公园尺度上的雨洪管理和居民休憩场所的功能,协同景观雨水设施形成更具弹性和适应性的雨洪公园。雨洪公园既有公园性又有雨洪调蓄性,兼有休闲娱乐、水弹性景观与雨水资源化利用的多重功能。本文结合漳州西院湿地公园,介绍了雨洪公园的海绵化技术措施,雨洪调蓄功能及雨水回用效益,分析了目前雨洪公园建设存在的问题。
In view of the problems of stormwater often occurs in major cities of China,the possibility to combine the function of stormwater management and residential recreation places on the scale of urban park with landscape rainwater facilities to form a more flexible and adaptable stormwater park is discussed. Stormwater park has the characteristics of park and stormwater storage with multiple functions of leisure and entertainment,water flexibility landscape and rainwater resources utilization. The measures of sponge technology,the function of stormwater control and the benefit of rainwater reuse in stormwater park are introduced combined with the case of Zhangzhou Xiyuan Wetland Park. Meanwhile the construction difficulties in current stormwater parks are rationally analyzed.
