摘要
西南油气田安岳区块原料气C_3^+烃组分含量较高,站场未对C_3^+烃组分进行脱除,外输气不满足商品天然气对烃露点的要求。研制了浅冷脱水脱烃成套撬装装置,解决了上述问题。首先在简要介绍了脱水脱烃的目的、浅冷脱水脱烃工艺方法的基础上,优选了注乙二醇+丙烷制冷+稳定轻烃工艺作为脱水脱烃的工艺;而后较为详细地介绍了脱水脱烃撬装装置标准设计思路与特点,低温分离撬、乙二醇再生撬、丙烷制冷撬、脱乙烷撬、液化气撬、轻烃稳定撬的成撬标准设计单元及装置技术经济指标;最后指出:采用该工艺,其成套撬装装置节约占地面积20%,设计工期缩短50%,降低地面工程投资3%。
Raw gas from Anyue Block of Southwest Oil&Gas Field contains high content of heavy hydrocarbon and is nottreated,so that the out-transportation gas does not meet the requirement of hydrocarbon dew point. The sallow coolingdehydration and dehydrocarbon skid-mounted units are developed,which adopts the process of glycol injection + propanerefrigerating + hydrocarbon stabilization. This paper illustrates the thinking and features of standardized designs,the tech-nical and economic indexes of standardized skid-mounted designs of dehydrocarbon unit,low temperature separationunit,glycol regeneration propane refrigerating unit,de-ethane unit,liquefying gas unit and hydrocarbon stabilization unit.Applying this process enables the integral equipment to save the floor area of 20%,shorten the construction period of 50%and reduce the surface engineering investment of 3%.
