FullProf软件在合成LiFePO_4及其掺杂改性材料中的应用研究

摘要 文章采用高温固相法制备成LiFePO_4及其掺杂改性材料。通过X射线衍射(XRD)对两者结构进行了表征,并使用FullProf软件对XRD数据进行拟合。结果表明少量掺杂并不会改变LiFePO_4的晶体结构,而且电化学性能测试表明,掺杂后磷酸铁锂电导率提高。且具有良好的循环性能。 In this paper, LiFePO4 and its doped modified materials were prepared by high temperature solid state method. The structures of the two materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and XRD data were fitted by FullProf software. The resuits show that a small amount of doping does not change the crystal structure of LiFePO4, and the electrochemical performance tests show that the conductivity of LiFePO4 is improved after doping and has good cycling performance.
