摘要
在汽轮机组当中,所使用的螺栓数量极其繁多,其市场价格也相对较高,因此在实际检修过程中,如果不能对其进行科学正确的处理,就会对螺栓造成损害,从而延长螺栓的检修时间,加大检修的成本,因此在这样的背景下,认真落实螺栓检修工作是一项十分必要的工作。那么,文章就对汽轮机检修中螺栓损坏的原因进行深刻剖析,并介绍相应的应对措施,以此更好地降低检修成本,节省资源,确保整个机组的高效运行。
In the steam turbine unit, the number of bolts used is extremely large, its market price is relatively high, so in the actual repair process,if it can not be handled scientifically and correctly, it will cause damage to the bolts, so as to extend the bolt overhaul time and increase the cost of inspection and repair. So in this context, to seriously implement the bolt overhaul work is a veiny neeessary work. In this paper, the causes of bolt damage in steam turbine overhaul are deeply analyzed, and the corresponding countermeasures are introduced in order to reduce the maintenance cost, save resources and ensure the high efficiency operation of the whole unit.
