摘要
目的 :探讨围产期综合护理在提高自然分娩率中的应用效果。方法 :收集2015年5月至2017年11月接诊的60例待产产妇,均分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组给予产科常规护理及产前教育,观察组在对照组基础上,进行围产期综合护理。观察产妇分娩方式、自然分娩产妇产程时间、焦虑情况。结果 :观察组自然分娩率高于对照组(P <0.05),第一产程、总产程时间均低于对照组(P <0.05),焦虑评分低于干预前和对照组(P <0.05)。结论 :围产期综合护理能够提高初产妇自然分娩率,缩短第一产程和总产程时间,改善产妇焦虑状况,有较高的应用价值。
Objective： To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing during perinatal period in theimprovement of the rate of natural childbirth rate. Methods： Sixty pregnant women who were admitted from May 2015 toNovember 2017 were collected and divided into an observation group and a control group with 30 cases each. The control groupwas given routine obstetric nursing and prenatal education, the observation group was given comprehensive nursing duringperinatal period on the basis of the control group. The mode of delivery, duration of labor in natural childbirth and anxiety wereobserved. Results： The natural childbirth rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Thefirst stage of labor and total labor time in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）, and theanxiety score in the observation group was lower than that before the intervention and in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Perinatal comprehensive nursing can improve the natural childbirth rate of primipara, shorten the first and total labor time, andimprove the state of maternal anxiety, which has a high value of application.
