摘要
目的 :分析上海市普陀区长征镇社区卫生服务中心2014—2016年癌痛患者麻醉药品的临床使用情况及用药趋势,为促进临床合理用药提供参考。方法 :收集中心2014年1月—2016年12月麻醉药品的使用数据,对麻醉药品的品种、用药金额、用药频度(DDDS)、日均费用(DDC)等进行调查分析。结果 :中心2014年1月—2016年12月麻醉药品消耗金额逐年递增,年增长率为15.53%。3年中麻醉药品以硫酸吗啡缓释片(30 mg)的用量最大,并呈逐年递增趋势;芬太尼透皮帖剂的用量和用药金额均逐年增加,其用药金额居于首位;DDDS连续3年位居首位的是芬太尼透皮帖剂。结论 :中心麻醉药品的使用符合癌痛三阶梯治疗原则,用药结构基本合理。
Objective： To analyze the clinical use of narcotic drugs in cancer pain patients in Changzheng CommunityHealth Service Center of Putuo District of Shanghai from 2014 to 2016 and the trend of drug use to provide reference forpromoting rational drug use in clinic. Methods： Data of the use of narcotic drugs from January 2014 to December 2016 werecollected in the Center, the types of narcotic drugs, the amount of drugs, the defined daily dose system（DDDS）, and the dailyaverage cost（DDDC） were investigated and analyzed. Results： From January 2014 to December 2016, the amount of narcoticdrugs consumed by the Center increased year by year, with an annual growth rate of 15.53%. In the past 3 years, the maximumdosage of narcotic drugs is morphine sulfate sustained-release tablets（30 mg）, and it showed an increasing trend year by year; thedosage and amount of fentanyl transdermal agent increased year by year, and the amount of fentanyl transdermal agent was thefirst; the first three consecutive years of DDDS is the fentanyl transdermal patch. Conclusion： The use of central anesthetics isconsistent with the principle of three-step treatment of cancer pain, and the structure of the medication is basically reasonable.
