摘要 全面实施素质教育的新时代呼唤师德高尚、业务精湛、富有先进理念和创新精神的教师队伍。长沙麓山国际实验学校尊重教师心理需求和专业成长规律,以校本研训为抓手,积极开展"强基""壮骨""通络"三大师资培训工程,让青年教师迅速入模、站稳讲台,让骨干教师实现再成长,并通过专家引领、自主学习、课题研究适时化解教育教学难题。"强基""壮骨""通络"三大工程为学校不同层次教师构建了多角度、全方位、立体化、大视野的研训平台,实现了教师专业素养的快速提升。 The new era of quality education calls for a team of teachers with high morality, excellent teaching skills, advanced ideas and innovative spirit. Lushan International Experimental School fully respects the psychological needs of teachers and the law of professional growth. With the school-based research training as the starting point, it actively carries out the training programs of "strong foundation", "strong bones" and "fluent flows", so that young teachers can quickly become qualified for classrooms, continuously improve their professionalism, and solve difficult teaching problems through expert orientation, self-study, and project research. The three training programs established a multi-angled, fullydimensional, vertical and broad research and training platform of research which improved teachers' professional quality.
