摘要
目的分析多学科服务团队对社区精神分裂症患者综合干预的影响。方法 100例患者随机分为研究组(50例)和对照组(50例),由精神科医生、心理咨询师、社工等组成多学科服务团队对研究组进行1年干预,对照组给予一般社区干预。1年末分别对两组采用精神疾病患者病耻感评估量表(SSfor PMI)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)、阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)评定,并分析复发指标。结果干预后1年两组在病耻感、阴阳性症状、社会功能缺陷评估方面,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 01),在社会支持评估方面,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。研究组在基线、评估6个月、1年后三个时点进行自身重测评估,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);研究组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论多学科服务团队综合干预有助于促进精神分裂症患者社区康复,减少疾病复发,帮助获得更多社会支持。
Objective To analyze the effects of the multidisciplinary team on the patients with schizophrenia. Methods One hundred patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into intervention group（ n = 50） and control group（ n = 50）.The cases in intervention group were regularly provided community services by multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists,psychologists,social workers for 1 year,while the cases in control group had received common service. All cases were assessed at baseline and end of the year by instruments including Scale of Stigma for People with Mental Illness（ SSfor PMI）,Positive And Negative Symptom Scale（ PANSS） and Social Disability Screening Schedule（ SDSS） and the indicators of recurrence were analyzed. Results At the end of the year,the score of SS for PMI,PANSS,SSRS and SDSS had significant differences by between two groups（ P 〈 0. 01）. In social support assessment,the difference were statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）.Three points were measured during baseline,6 months and 12 months,it showed that the difference was statistically significant in the intervention group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The recurrence rate of intervention group was lower to that of control group and the results had differences（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The intervention of multidisciplinary team is benefit to improve the conditions of social treatments and rehabilitation,get more social support and receive comprehensive services opportunely.
