摘要
目的 :探讨Vitapex在乳磨牙慢性尖周炎治疗中的临床疗效。方法 :2 30个乳磨牙慢性尖周炎随机分为Vi tapex一次性根充组 12 1个牙和变异干髓术组 10 9个牙 ,清除患牙感染源 ,消毒和充填 ,治疗患牙 ,比较疗效。结果 :治疗后随访 1～ 3年 ,Vitapex一次性根充组疗效 (95 % )明显优于变异干髓术组疗效 (75 .2 % )。结论 :Vitapex一次性根充治疗乳磨牙慢性尖周炎疗效好 ,操作简便 。
Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of Vitapex on treatment of primary molar chronic periodical diseases. Methods: 230 cases of primary molar chronic periapical diseases were randomly divided into two groups: group Ⅰof 121 treated with Vitapex and group Ⅱ of 109 treated with mummify therapy. Every primary molar pulp chamher/pulp canal was cleaned, disinfected, and filled. Results: The effective rate in Vitapex group was significantly higher than that in mummify group. Conclusion: Vitapex in treatment of primary molar periapical diseases is high effectiveness, simpfied, and usefulness in clinics.
