摘要
目的 :评价硫糖铝局部应用对扁桃体切除术后的止痛作用。方法 :从 6 0例扁桃体切除术后患者中 ,随机选取40例 ,术后 2h用硫糖铝混悬液形成给药 ,即 1g硫糖铝溶解液在 6 0ml水中 ,每 6h含漱一次 ,连用 4d ;另 2 0例不用硫糖铝作为对照组 ,采用临床客观检查 ,结合患者主观症状评分 ,综合评价疗效。结果 :硫糖铝组术后 2d ,咽痛明显减轻 ,扁桃体粘膜的白膜覆盖加快 ,恢复日常生活快 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论
Objective:To evaluate the local analgetic effect of Sufacfate on tonsillectomy.Methods:Sixty patients performed tonsillectomy were randomly divided into experimental group( n =40)and control group( n =20).Two hours after the tonsillectomy,the patients in experimental group beagin to rinse with Sutalfate Suspension one time per 6 hours for four days,while those in control group did not.Clinic objective examination Conbined with Patients,Subjective symptom score was used to evaluate the effect.Reslts:Two days after the tonsillectomy,the overjet of toneilla white mucosa and the recover of daily life ability of the expermental group patients were accelerated,while the morbidity of pharyngodynin was reduced significantly(P P >0.05)conpared whith those in control group.Conclusion:Sutalfate is a kind of safe and effective acesodyne for patients performed thonsillectomy.
