摘要
为研究装配式生态复合墙板框格结构与内部填充材料相互作用机理及效应,对一种空框格和三种不同內填材料的框格结构单元共14个试件进行了1/2比例模型试验,给出试验过程分析、试验结果汇总以及荷载-位移曲线和标准截面的对比曲线,并进行试验数据特征讨论。由试验结果可知框格结构单元的试验过程可分为三个阶段,对于同种尺寸的框格结构单元,结果对比表明有填充材料框格相比空框格的抗裂能力和极限承载能力明显提高,极限位移值降幅较小,生态复合墙板框格结构单元内部相互作用显著,延性好的材料是理想的填充材料。
Tests of 14 specimens with one unfilled as well as four kinds of filling blocks in terms of 1:2 ratio model were proceeded in order to study the mechanism and result of interaction between Frame Grids and Filling Blocks of Fabricated Eco-Composite Wall. The test procedure were analyzed and the test result were summarized. The Load-Displacement Curve and the Load-Displacement comparative Curve of Standard section were also given. The characters of test data were discussed. The test result shows that the whole procedure can be defined as three parts. Comparing with the same sized frame grids, the ultimate bearing load as well as the cracking load is improved, the ultimate displacement is deduced, which shows that the interaction is obvious and the ductile fiber is ideal filling for the Fabricated Eeo-Composite Wall.
