摘要
为了能够加大对粉煤灰固体废弃物的利用,解决粉煤灰免烧砖在北方寒冷地区实用性不强的问题,本文研究了粉煤灰砖在不同养护制度中的抗冻性能。试验根据粉煤灰免烧砖的水化机理将养护制度分为五个试验组,每个试验组的养护温度和时间不同。采用TZA-300型电液式抗压试验机对进行抗冻性试验,得出采用固定原料配比为粉煤灰57%以及生石灰10%进行冻融循环试验时,当处于不同养护制度下,循环次数不超过15次的情况下,免烧砖质量均有一定程度的提高;采用200℃下养护3 h,然后降温到180℃保温3 h的养护方案满足国标中冻融次数大于15次的要求,同时满足免烧砖制备标准中的抗冻性要求。从强度和质量损失方面综合考虑,此种养护制度最佳。
In order to enlarge the comprehensive utilization degree of fly ash and satisfy the requirement of regional performance, to realize the large quantity and high efficiency of fly ash, it studies the frost resistance of fly ash baking-free brick in different curing system. The curing system was divided into five experimental groups according to the hydration mechanism of fly ash-free brick, and the curing temperature and time of each experiment group were different. Using the TZA-300 type electro-hydraulic pressure tester to carry on the frost Resistance experiment, obtained when the fixed raw material ratio is the ratio fly ash 57 %, the Quicklime 10 %, after 15 times the following freeze-thaw circulation experiment, the different curing system's brick-free bricks quality all has the certain amplitude increase.200 15 under the maintenance of 3hand then cooling down to 180 h maintenance 3 h not only meet the requirements of the 15 times freeze-thaw cycle requirement of fly ash, but also meet the requirement of frost resistance in the standard of long-term performance and durability test of ordinary concrete, consider the best curing system from all aspects.
