摘要
黄炎培先生的职业教育理论,重点在育人与从业的结合,而核心则是提倡人的全面发展。随着我国高等职业教育体系的不断完善,其在社会人才培养中的地位日益凸显。黄先生以人为核心的职业发展理念,对未来高等职业教育人才培养依然有很重要的指导意义。
Vocational education theory put forward by Mr.Huang Yan-pei focuses on the combination of education and employment,with the core of advocating the all-round development of people.With the continuous improvement of China’s higher vocational education system,it has played an increasingly important role in social talents cultivation.The people-oriented vocational development ideas given by Mr.Huang still have an important guiding significance on higher vocational education talents cultivation in the future.
