颈肌耐力训练对大学生慢性颈痛胸锁乳突肌、上斜方肌表面肌电的影响 被引量:4

Effect of Neck Muscle Endurance Training on s EMG Activities of Sternocleidomastoid and upper Trapezius of College Students with Chronic Neck Pain

摘要 利用表面肌电评估慢性颈痛大学生在颈肌耐力训练前后胸锁乳突肌、上斜方肌的肌电变化,对颈肌耐力训练缓解慢性颈痛效果进行客观的评价。方法:将40例慢性颈痛大学生分成两组,耐力组进行4周的颈屈肌群训练和颈伸肌群训练训练,对照组不予干预。采集颈屈和颈伸两种不同状态下的主观疲劳感受量表(RPE)、胸锁乳突肌及上斜方肌的肌肉疲劳频域指标肌电中位频率(MF)值,对受试者颈肩疼痛、肌肉疲劳情况进行评估。结果:干预4周后,颈屈状态下45s、60s和颈伸状态下90s、120s,耐力组较训练前RPE显著性下降(P <0. 05);颈屈状态下30s、45s、60s和颈伸状态下90s、120s,耐力组较对照组RPE显著降低(P <0. 05);耐力组较训练前及对照组,双侧胸锁乳突肌MF、上斜方肌MF亦均有显著增加(P <0. 05)。结论:颈肌耐力训练能有效减少大学生颈部肌肉疲劳程度。 To evaluate the electromyogram changes of stemocleidomastoid and upper trapezius before and after the endurance training of chronic neck muscle in college students with chronic neck pain. Methods: Forty college students with chronic neck pain were divided into two groups. The endurance group received 4 weeks of training on flexor neck muscle and extensor neck muscle, while the control group received no intervention. Before and after the intervention, changes in Rating of Perceived Exertion (RPE) in two different states of neck flexion and neck extension, muscle fatigue frequency index MF ( Median Frequency) of stemocleidomastoid and upper trapezius were collected to evaluate the pain and discomfort of neck and shoulder and muscle fatigue of subjects. Results : After 4 weeks of intervention, neck cervical flexion at 45s and 60s, neck extension at 90s and 120s, the endurance group had a significant decrease in RPE before training (P 〈 0. 05) . In the neck cervical flexion states at 30s, 45s and 60s, neck extension at 90s and 120s, the RPE of the endurance group was significantly lower than that of the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . In the endurance group, there were significant increases in bilateral sternocleidomastoid MF and upper trapezius MF compared with the control group before training ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion : Neck muscle endurance training can effectively reduce the degree of neck muscle fatigue in college students.
