摘要
采用文献资料、案例分析和比较分析等方法,对运动类APP可持续发展的SWOT (优势、劣势、机遇、威胁)进行了系统的分析。研究结果表明:运动类APP有技术、功能、专业性等方面的优势,为其可持续发展奠定基础;但同时也存在产品生命周期短,用户信任度降低,盈利模式仍不成熟等劣势,有"互联网+体育"产业政策利好的时代背景,居民体育消费需求的持续升级的机遇且也面临线下健身场馆的竞争以及QQ、微信等应用软件的跨界分羹等的威胁。根据上述因素提出了开拓型、争取型、抗争型、保守型4种战略及具体措施,以期使运动类APP得到持续良性地发展,促进我国全民健身计划有条不紊的实施,有效促使国民体质的增强,推动我国体育产业经济的快速发展。
By means of literature, case analysis and comparative analysis, the SWOT （ advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats ） of the sustainable development of sports APP is systematically analyzed. The research results show that the sports APP has the advantages of technology, function and professionalism, which lays the foundation for its sustainable development, but at the same time, there are disadvantages of short product life cycle, lower user trust and unripe profit model, and have the time background of ＂ Intemet＋ sports＂ industry policy and the residents sports elimination. The escalation of fee demand is also faced with the threat of offline fitness venues competition and the crossover of QQ, WeChat and other applications. Based on the above factors, 4 strategies and specific measures are put forward ： pioneering, striving, resisting and conservative. In order to promote the continuous and benign development of sports APP, promote the orderly implementation of the national fitness program, effectively promote the enhancement of national physique, and promote the rapid development of the sports industry economy in China.
