转基因蛋白Cry1AC的非标记阻抗型电化学免疫传感器的构建 被引量:1

摘要 Cry1Ac蛋白作为一种重要的生物杀虫剂,在转基因作物中应用广泛,对转基因作物及其产品中Cry1Ac蛋白的含量进行监测,是保障食品安全及消费者知情权的重要手段。本研究在获得抗Cry1Ac蛋白单克隆抗体的基础上,以其为核心识别元件,构建非标记阻抗型电化学免疫传感器,结果显示,本研究建立的Cry1Ac阻抗性电化学免疫传感器的线性范围为0.98~125ng·mL-1,最低检测限为0.80ng·mL-1,样品加标回收率为80%~110%,并与其它蛋白无交叉反应,为转基因作物及其产品中Cry1Ac蛋白的快速检测提供了一种新的方法。 As an important bio-insecticide,Cry1 Ac protein is widely used in transgenic crops.Monitoring Cry1 Ac protein content in transgenic crops and their products is an important means to ensure food safety and to provide consumers the right to know.In this study,the acquisition of anti-Cry1 Ac protein monoclonal antibody was used as the core identification element to construct a non-labeled impedance electrochemical immunosensor.The results showed that the linear range of the Cry1 Ac impedance electrochemical immunosensor established in this study was 0.98-125 ng·mL^-1,with a detection limit of 0.80 ng·mL^-1,and sample spike recovery of 80%-110%,and no cross reaction with other proteins.These results provided a new method for the rapid detection of Cry1 Ac protein in transgenic crops and their products.
