四川省预防接种手机应用程序辅助预防接种的效果分析 被引量:10

Effect of an immunization mobile application on vaccination in Sichuan province

摘要 目的分析四川省预防接种手机应用程序(APP)辅助预防接种新模式的效果。方法采用分层随机抽样抽取12个接种单位0-2岁儿童的家长,分为安装使用和未安装使用预防接种手机APP组(干预组和对照组),比较两组儿童家长的预防接种知识知晓率、儿童疫苗接种及时率。结果干预组与对照组儿童家长对脊髓灰质炎(脊灰)、乙型肝炎的正确认识比例分别为60.24%vs 48.96%(χ~2=6.34,P=0.012)、84.25%vs 68.88%(χ~2=16.39,P〈0.001);对无细胞百白破联合疫苗(DTaP)、麻疹风疹联合疫苗(MR)可预防疾病的知晓比例分别为69.29%vs 45.64%(χ~2=28.35,P〈0.001)、61.81%vs 48.13%(χ~2=9.35,P=0.002);对卡介苗接种后出现化脓破溃是正常现象的知晓比例为81.10%vs 71.37%(χ~2=6.49,P=0.011);对接种前需告知儿童健康状况、接种后需要留观30min的知晓比例分别为100%vs 97.51%(Fisher确切概率法,P=0.013)、97.24%vs 92.53%(χ~2=5.73,P=0.017)。干预组与对照组儿童第1剂脊灰疫苗、DTaP、MR的及时接种率分别为76.13%vs 67.42%(χ~2=4.36,P=0.037)、82.28%vs 74.42%(χ~2=4.13,P=0.042)、72.11%vs 61.90%(χ~2=4.22,P=0.040)。结论预防接种手机APP可有效提高儿童家长的预防接种知识和儿童免疫规划疫苗的及时接种率。 Objective To measure the effect of an immunization mobile application(APP) on immunization in Sichuan province. Methods We used a stratified random sampling strategy to select parents of 0-2 year old children from 12 vaccination clinics. We divided them into an APP group and a non-APP group(the intervention group and the control group). We compared parental awareness and knowledge about immunization with timely vaccination coverage between the two groups. Results Comparing the intervention group and the control group, 60.24% vs 48.96%(χ~2=6.34,P=0.012) of parents were aware of poliomyelitis, and 84.25% vs 68.88%(χ~2=16.39,P〈0.001) of parents were aware of hepatitis B; 69.29% vs 45.64%(χ~2=28.35,P〈0.001) of parents knew about diseases prevented by diphtheria-tetanus-acellular pertussis vaccine(DTaP); 61.81% vs 48.13%(χ~2=9.35,P=0.002) of parents knew about disease prevented by measles-rubella vaccine(MR); and 81.10% vs 71.37%(χ~2=6.49,P=0.011) of parents knew about normal reactions to BCG vaccine. More intervention group parents knew to inform providers of children's health status before vaccination and of the requirement of a 30-minute observation period after vaccination, 100% vs 97.51%(Fisher's exact test, P=0.013) and 97.24% vs 92.53%(χ~2=5.73,P=0.017), respectively. Comparing intervention and control groups, timely coverage with the first dose of polio vaccine, DTaP, and MR was 76.13% vs 67.42%(χ~2=4.36,P=0.037), 82.28% vs 74.42%(χ~2=4.13,P=0.042), and 72.11% vs 61.90%(χ~2=4.22,P=0.040), respectively. Conclusions The immunization APP greatly improved parental knowledge about immunization and improved timely coverage of childhood vaccines.
