摘要
为贯彻落实国家、陕西省、铜川市畜禽养殖污染防治及禁养区划定的相关政策要求,进一步加强畜禽养殖污染的防治,保障人民群众身体健康,促进畜禽养殖合理布局,推进畜牧业健康协调可持续发展,切实保护生态环境,铜川市王益区开展了畜禽养殖禁养区划定工作。结合区域实际,阐述划定畜禽养殖禁养区的必要性、技术流程及划定成果,总结划定中存在的问题,并提出环境管理和保障措施建议,为各地区划定和管理畜禽养殖禁养区提供参考。
To implement the relevant policy requirements in China, Shaanxi Province and Tongchuan City for the prevention and control of livestock and poultry breeding pollution and delimiting？ no breeding area, to further strengthen the prevention and control of livestock and poultry breeding pollution, safeguard people＇s health, promote rational distribution of livestock and pouhry breeding , promote the healthy and coordinated development of animal husbandry, and protect the ecological environment, the livestock and poultry breeding forbidden area demarcation work is carried out in Wangyi district of Tongchuan city. In Combination with pounds the necessity, technical process and delimit results of livestock and poultry b regional practice, exreeding ban area, at the same time points out the problems existing in the conclusion drawn, and proposes environmental management and protection measures. The article provides reference for district zoning and management of livestock and poultry breeding forbidden zone.
