耦合方法对岩样声波速度测试影响的实验分析 被引量:5

摘要 在储层岩石样品超声速度测试中,耦合方法的选择对信号幅度和测试精度有着重要影响.本文首先分析了对于常压条件下测试时夹持器的使用对疏松样品造成的测试误差,随后针对不同耦合方法标定了铝块的纵、横波速度,并对比了液体耦合剂、固体耦合剂及其组合方式对信号的幅度与测试精度的影响.铝块速度测试结果表明对于不同的耦合方法时只要系统对零时间和波初至时间拾取准确,那么测试精度不受耦合方法选择的影响.粗颗粒样品纵波测试及含流体砂岩样品横波测试结果表明液体耦合剂与固体耦合剂的组合耦合方法既可以提高测试的稳定性和精度,同时可以避免液体耦合剂对样品的污染问题.不同耦合方法对信号频谱会造成一定差异,在进行定量化频谱分析时需避免由不同耦合方法所带来的误差. In the P-wave and S-wave ultrasonic velocity measurement of reservoir samples,the selection of coupling methods has important effect on the signal amplitude and test accuracy. Firstly we analyze the error induced by the using of sample holder in loose samples measurement. Then we select several coupling methods to conduct the P-wave and S-wave velocity measurement on aluminum,compare the signal amplitude and test accuracy when use fluid couplant, solid couplant and the combined coupling methods respectively. Measurements of aluminum show that if the system time and wave arrival time are exactly determined then the test accuracy will not influenced by different coupling methods. P-wave velocity measurement of coarse grains sample and S-wave velocity measurement of fluid-saturated sample illustrate that the combined coupling method of fluid couplant and solid couplant can improve the stability and accuracy of measurement,meanwhile can avoid the fluid couplant polluting rock samples. The different coupling methods cause certain difference in the signal spectrum,and the error caused by different coupling methods should be avoided when the quantitative spectrum analysis is carried out.
