摘要
骨质疏松是一种多见的骨骼系统疾病。蛇床子是抗骨质疏松的常用中药,它可通过类激素作用、刺激激素分泌、调节骨代谢平衡,增强骨密度等方式防治骨质疏松。本文就蛇床子防治骨质疏松动物模型、药理作用、临床应用进行综述。
Osteoporosis is a common systemic bone disease. Cnidii Fructus is an anti - osteoporosis traditional Chinese medicine by playing hormone role, stimulating hormone secretion, regulating bone metabolism balance and increase bone density. The animal model, pharmacological effects and clinical application of Cnidii Fructus in trearment osteoporosis were summarized in this paper.
