摘要
采用不同频率、晶片直径和焦距尺寸的圆柱面聚焦探头、球面聚焦探头,检测TC4合金准25 mm对比试样,通过对TC4合金准25 mm棒材超声波水浸检测探头的参数进行研究,分析了圆柱面聚焦探头检测灵敏度、水距和信噪比的对应关系。结果表明,采用圆柱面聚焦、频率15 MHz、晶片直径准0.25″、焦距1.0″的水浸超声波探头,对TC4合金准25 mm棒材缺陷检测结果较好,可以保证检测结果的真实性和稳定性。
The cylindrical focusing probe with different frequency, chip diameter and focal length and spherical focusing probe were used for detection of TC4 alloy contrast sample of 25 mm in diameter, by means of TC4 alloy 25 mm in diameter ultrasonic water immersion test the parameters of the probe were investigated, the relationship between sensitivity, water distance and signal-to-noise ratio were analyzed. The results show that the water immersion ultrasonic probe parameters should be cylindrical focusing, frequency of 15 MHz, wafer chip size of 0.25 inch in diameter, and the focal length of 1.0 inch, the defects detection results of TC4 alloy 25 mm in diameter are good, which can guarantee the authenticity and stability of the test results.
