电石干法乙炔渣浆水回用技改工艺 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了内蒙古鄂尔多斯电力冶金集团股份有限公司干法乙炔渣浆水回用的技术改造情况及技改后系统的水质、干渣筛余物含量、干渣水解率等工艺指标的变化,说明了渣浆回用改造后的工艺方案及日常操作技术要求,列举出了自主研发改造的特点和产生的经济效益。 The technical transformation that Inner Mongolia Erdos Electric Power Metallurgical Group Co. , Ltd. had made to reuse the slurry water formed in production of dry-process acetylene were introduced. The changes in water quality, dry residue screenings and hydrolysis rate of the dry residue after the technical transformation were also introduced. The process plan and technical requirement in daily operation after reuse of slurry water were explained. The characteristics and economic benefits of inde pendent research and development were listed.
