摘要 针对真丝织物难以护理的缺点,采用2-甲基-2-丙烯酸十八烷基酯(SMA)对真丝针织物进行表面接枝改性,以提高其疏水性能。研究了接枝改性工艺参数,如SMA单体质量分数、反应时间、反应温度对织物疏水性能的影响,并分析了疏水整理前后真丝织物的结构与性能。研究结果表明,SMA在真丝针织物表面的接枝改性处理可以赋予织物优异的疏水性能,接触角可达150°以上;真丝织物处理后透气性有所增强,透湿性基本保持不变;织物断裂强力基本保持不变,断裂伸长率有所下降。 In view of the difficulty in the care of silk fabric, surface grafting modification on silk knitted fabric via stearylmethylacrylate (SMA) is used to improve its hydrophobic performance. The effect of process parameters of surface grafting modification such as the SMA monomer concentration, reaction time and reaction temperature on the hydrophobicity of silk knitted fabric is studied, and the structure and properties of the fabric before and after treatment are tested. The results indicate that, excellent hydrophobicity can be obtained through the surface grafting modification of SMA on the fabric, and the contact angle can reach more than 150°. The breathability of the fabric enhances and the permeability remains basically unchanged after hydrophobic treatment. The breaking strength remains unchanged and the elongation at break decreases after hydrophobic treatment.
