摘要
目的探讨三维(3D)超声识别Z型结构在诊断胎儿下肢成像空间关系中的诊断价值。方法孕妇60例按孕龄16~21、22~27、28~33和34~39周分为四组,每组15例。同时用二维(2D)和3D模式超声识别胎儿下肢Z型结构,比较两种模式的超声识别效果。结果孕22~27周和28~33周组中,3D模式成像效果优于2D模式(P<0.05)。孕16~21周和孕34~39周组3D与2D模式成像结果相仿(P>0.05)。结论孕中期应用3D超声识别Z型结构对胎儿下肢成像空间关系诊断价值较大。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of three-dimensional(3 D)ultrasonography in the identification of Z-shaped lower limb space relation in fetus.Methods Fetal lower limbs were scanned by two-dimensional(2 D)and 3 Dultrasonography to identify the Z-shaped structure in pregnant women,who were assigned into 4 gestational age groups of 16-21 weeks,22-27 weeks,28-33 weeks and 34-39 weeks with 15 cases each.The efficacy of identifying the Z-shaped structure was analyzed.Results The efficacy of identifying the Z-shaped structure in gestational age groups of 22-27 weeks and 28-33 weeks was better with 3 Dmode ultrasonography than that with 2 D mode(P〈0.05).The imagings of 3 D mode and 2 D mode were similar in gestational ages of 16-21 weeks and 34-39 weeks(P〉0.05).Conclusion 3 Dultrasonography has a certain clinical value in identifying the Z-shaped structure of fetal lower limb space relation in the middle gestational ages.
