高抗冲及强表面附着力PET合金的制备与性能研究

摘要 采用聚乙烯-辛烯共聚弹性体(POE)接枝马来酸酐(POE-g-MAH)增韧聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET),同时为了提高PET/POE-g-MAH产品的电镀性能,通过乙烯丙烯酸类聚合物(EAA)对合金进行增黏改性。冲击测试表明,POE-g-MAH能够大幅度提高PET的抗冲击性能,结合公司产品使用环境以及成本,选择添加10%POE-g-MAH用于提高PET韧性能够达到综合性能优异、成本低的要求。另外,加入增黏剂后,PET/POE-g-MAH共混体系的冲击强度先上升后下降,当EAA含量为2%时,附着力与冲击强度均较大,并且底座电镀后百格测试油漆无脱落。 The polyolefin elastomer (POE) grafted rnaleic anhydride copolymer (POE-g-MAH) was used to ( EAA ) toughened polyethylene terephthalate (PET), and the alloy is tackified by ethylene vinyl polymer in order to improve the electroplating properties of PET/POE-g-MAH products. The impact test results show that POE-g-MAH can greatly improve the impact resistance of PET. In addition, company's product environment and cost, the addition of 10% POE-g-MAH to improve PET considering the toughness can achieve comprehensive performance and low cost. Besides, after adding the tackifier, the impact strength of the system increases firstly and then declines. Finaly when the EAA content is 2%, the adhesion and impact strength are both good, and the paint is not peeled off after the base plating.
