摘要
企业工会是企业与员工之间的桥梁和纽带,在企业改革中工会应抓引导环节发挥沟通作用,抓参与环节发挥维护作用,抓审议环节发挥依靠作用,抓实施环节发挥补台作用等。加强工会组织在企业改革中的细节工作,更能体现工会组织在企业发展中不可替代的作用,更好地维护职工合法权益,营造和谐、融洽的工作环境和企业发展的良好形象。
As a link between the enterprise and its employees, the enterprise labor union should focus on guidance link in the enterprise reform to play its communication role, participation link to play its safeguard role, deliberation link to play its reliable role and implementation link to play its support role. Detailing its work in the enterprise reform is better to show its irreplaceable role in the enterprise development, to safe- guard the employees＇legal rights and interests, to create a harmonious work environment and to set up the excellent image of the enterprise development.
