摘要
低油价下,油田开发要以效益为中心,多投入有效工作量,多产效益油。低成本运行,加强油井维护措施优化是实现降本增效、向质量效益聚焦的关键。近五年来井下作业工作量、作业结构、作业投入类型都发生了变化。八面河油田通过强化维护作业技术配套减少维护工作量,强化措施作业潜力论证提高措施有效率,强化低成本新工艺新技术应用降低作业成本,多措并举实现八面河油田井下作业提质增效升级。针对油价回暖应夯实稳产基础控递减,开展中低渗滩坝砂油藏攻关试验。
Faced with low oil price, benefit should be centered in the oilfield development with more effective workload and effective oil. Low cost operation and oil well maintenance measure optimization is the key point in realizing cost decreasing and benefit increasing. Multiple measures are simultaneously taken in Bam- ianhe Oilfield to enhance quality and efficiency in downhole service, strengthening technique matching of downhole service to reduce maintenance workload, strengthening potential argument of stimulation tech- nique and strengthening application of low--cost new technologies to reduce service cost.
