摘要
目的:解决住院费用审核业务质量、效率不高及流程不够优化的问题。方法:进一步规范、完善医嘱,并以医嘱为主索引,通过升级改造相关业务系统,实现医嘱与费用的密切关联;建立自动审核规则和三级审核模式,研发住院费用审核系统。结果:成功创建了基于医嘱主索引的住院费用审核系统,并取得较好的应用效果。结论:彻底解决了以往病人等候结算时间长,病历归档不及时,因费用错收造成的病人投诉多,医保拒付额增加等问题。
Objective： To solve the problems including poor quality, low＇ efficiency and non-optimal process of the hospitalization expense audit business. Methods： The doctor＇s advice is further standardized and improved. With doctor＇s advice as the main index, by upgrading and transforming the related business system, the doctor＇s advice and expenses are closely related; the automatic audit rules and three-level audit mode are established, and the hospitalization expense audit system is developed. Results： The hospitalization expense audit system based on the main index of doctor＇s advice is success（ully created, and good application effect is achieved. Conclusion： Problems such as previous long waiting time for settlement of patients, untimely archiving of medical records, many patient complaints due to wrong col]ection of expenses, and increased refusal of payment of health insurance are solved thoroughly.
