摘要
目的探讨降钙素原(PCT)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)联合检测在诊断小儿肺炎中的应用价值。方法选取小儿肺炎患儿85例,根据病原学检查结果分为细菌组57例和非细菌组27例,另选取42例健康体检的正常儿童作为健康组。检测并比较3组PCT、IL-6、hs-CRP水平。比较PCT、IL-6、hs-CRP及三者联合检测阳性率。结果细菌组PCT、IL-6、hs-CRP水平均显著高于非细菌组、健康组,非细菌组PCT、IL-6、hs-CRP水平显著高于健康组(P <0. 05)。细菌组PCT、IL-6、hs-CRP单独检测及三者联合检测阳性率均显著高于非细菌组(P <0. 05)。结论 PCT、IL-6、hs-CRP联合检测能有效诊断小儿肺炎。
Objective To explore the value of combined detection of procalcitonin (PCT), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and high sensitive C reactive protein (hs-CRP) in the diagnosis of children with infantile pneumonia. Methods Totally 85 children with infantile pneumonia were selected and divided into bacteria group ( n =57) and non-bacterial group ( n =27) according to the results of the pathogenic examination. The 42 normal children were selected as healthy group. The levels of PCT, IL-6 and hs-CRP were detected and compared between the three groups. The positive rates of PCT, IL-6, hs-CRP and combined detection of the three indexes were compared between three groups. Results The levels of PCT, IL-6 and hs-CRP in the bacterial group were significantly higher than those in the non-bacterial group and the healthy group, and the levels of PCT, IL-6 and hs-CRP in non-bacterial group were significantly higher than those in the healthy group ( P 〈0.05). The positive rates of PCT, IL-6, hs-CRP and combined detection in the bacterial group were significantly higher than those in the non-bacterial group ( P 〈0.05). Conclusion The combined detection of PCT, IL-6 and hs-CRP has an excellent effect in the diagnosis of children with infantile pneumonia.
