摘要
为建立热带海洋牧场海藻场构建技术,本研究在西沙七连屿赵述岛潟湖内以琼枝麒麟菜为研究对象,开展不同底质类型海区、栽培模式对其生长及成活率的影响.结果表明,在礁石、粗砂和泥沙三种不同底质海区中,以礁石底质海区产量最高,其日生长率为(1. 73±0. 20)kg,特定生长率为(0. 93±0. 07)kg,成活率为85. 33%,适合进行琼枝麒麟菜底播养殖.在礁石底质海区的麒麟菜底播试验表明,网片绑苗法和缆绳夹苗法2种不同栽培方式对琼枝麒麟菜的成活率没有显著影响,均适合用于麒麟菜海藻场的构建.
In order to establish the algae farm construction technology of tropical marine pasture,the growth and survival rate of Eucheuma gelatianae(E. gelatianae) were studied under different sediment types and cultivation patterns in the lagoons in Zhaoshu Island and Qilianyu Islands of Xisha. The results showed that among three different bottom sediment areas—reef,coarse sand and sediment,the reef sediment area has the highest yield—with the daily growth rate of(1. 73 + 0. 20) kg,the specific growth rate of(0. 93 + 0. 07) kg,and the survival rate of 85. 33%,which is suitable for the bottom sowing and cultivation of E. gelatianae. The bottom sowing test of E. gelatianae in the reef bottom area showed that neither the cultivation method of mesh strapping nor that of cable clamping has significant influence on the survival rate of E. gelatianae,and hence both are suitable for the construction of eucheuma algae farm.
